After completing Articles of Clerkship in 1984, Peter Davis was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria on 2 April 1984. Since that time he head been the holder of a practising certificate and has worked as a solicitor or legal practitioner continuously from that time. Peter’s main area of work has been all aspects of property law including sales and purchases, subdivisions, property advice and leasing.
After working for several large city law firms, Peter commenced operation of a business with another person as a partner under the name of Velos and Davis which partnership continued for nine years. After the partnership ceased, Peter commenced practice as a sole proprietor of the firm Davis Lawyers which commenced on 1 April 2005.
The practice operates in the Melbourne CBD and supplies a full range of property related legal services. The practice employees eleven staff which includes three practitioners and three senior law clerks.
