Scot has been part of the Peter Davis’ Debt Recovery team since 2002, remaining with Peter when he set up Davis Lawyers. Prior to this he had 7 years experience in recovery of monies for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Ltd. Scot acted for the bank in their legal department in recovery of land, bankruptcies and debt recovery generally.
Scot has a special interest in Insolvency Law, Corporations Law and Recovery of Land. Scot has brought a wealth of experience to our debt recovery services and acts for Credit Unions, Co-operative Housing Societies, Banks, private businesses and individuals.
